We are pleased to introduce the OPOSA5E_SP, a new System-on-Module that launches a new family of FPGA products in our Opossom portfolio.

Based on an Agilex™ 5 SoC, it combines a high-performance processor and programmable FPGA logic in a single component, offering both software processing and hardware acceleration for the most demanding embedded applications.

The OPOSA5E_SP integrates an Arm Cortex-A76 processor + 2 Cortex-A55 cores, 130,000 to 650,000 LE FPGA logic, and 12 TX + 12 RX SerDes lines at 17 Gbps. These features enable the efficient handling of large data streams and the execution of complex processing.

Designed for easy integration, the module features four high-speed, dual-row connectors, enabling the creation of simple and cost-effective home boards while maintaining access to high-performance interfaces.

The OPOSA5E_SP caters to a wide range of markets, including embedded vision, artificial intelligence, medical, telecommunications, and radio frequencies, thanks to its processor + FPGA combination that delivers both performance and flexibility to scale with your applications.
